Okay, keep in mind I am kind of guessing when it comes to exact amounts – play around with it! When my grandma was cooking in the kitchen and I would ask “how much ” of something she’d respond “THIS A MUCH” and proceed to throw something in a mixing bowl. So that’s kind of my style
2 -3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut flakes
2 bananas
1/’4 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup-1 cup applesauce
2 TBS agave syrup
Puree bananas and blueberries together
Throw every thing together and mix – if it’s too soupy add more oatmeal!
Spray a cookie sheet with some spray olive oil.
Spoon out cookie dough
Cook for about 15 minutes on 350 – although, I usually cook them for less time because gooey is better.
And remember – you could eat this raw, and it’s really tasty
Thanks for sharing your recipe! I thought it sounded great when you tweeted about it, so I’m glad you gave the basics so that we can play with it too. It sounds so quick and easy, I’m sure it’ll end up being one of my go-to recipes when I need cookies *now*!
Also, I haven’t forgotten that I’ve promised you restaurant recommendations in Vancouver. I’m a bit busy these days, but I’ll send it as soon as possible.
Oh thanks! yeah, my recipes are generally – here is what I used… good luck!
As a side note – I added ground flax seed to make them a little more healthy. Although, they are pretty healthy to begin with!
This sounds AMAZING! And every ingredient is something I can actually eat on my “cleanse.”
Thanks, girl. You rawk!

Claudia – I have a post of 50 dessert recipes if you want it
I’m guessing MOST are things you can eat on your cleanse – especially the raw ones
