It’s Friday! My husband and I have been in the San Francisco area all week (well just outside of it really) and I”ve been enjoying trying out some REALLY great vegan spots. If you are in San Jose definitely check out “Good Karma Vegan Cafe” my husband really loved the tofu scramble and mashed potatos, and I really liked the curry! And then in Berekely I finally got to go to “Cafe Gratitude”! I am in love. I picked a few raw chocolates for a friend of mine who isn’t vegan, but I’m learning more and more that chocolate wins over things like tofu for the non vegan folks. And last night I was in Palo Alto and found a vegan cafe called “The Loving Hut” the recomended their Shepherds Pie and veggie salad. It was so good. I really recomend if you are vegan curious to find one of the good vegan spots in your area, or if you are going on summer vacation look up vegan spots, it definitely helps to have something prepared for you every so often, so you can get a little inspiration when it comes to what vegan foods taste like.
You can also make some tasty vegan foods! If you’ve missed my previous recipes, I thought I’d include them in this post so you can catch up and start creating! And I’ll include some new recipes as well. It’s your lucky day!
