I’ve been a vegan for a while now, but recently my husband, who has been very anti vegan found out that he was pre-diabetic and his cholesterol was really high and dangerous. He is 38! He decided to stop messing around, and put his ego aside and go plant based. Since then, he’s also started to read about the very cruel world of what happens with animals in order for people to eat them.
